Come spend a relaxing week at our Lake Murray Rental Home near Chapin, South Carolina. This lovely lakeside home is located just a few feet away from beautiful Lake Murray with a wonderful view from your large window-filled living room that has a huge 54" projection TV. You can also enjoy the great view from the lake-side bathroom with jetted tub. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathes as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room and a futton in the second living area (5 total beds). There is a limit of 6 people at the house.

The home is located in a cove with a private dock with great right off the dock (A channel runs the middle of the cove, Gar, Catfish, Bass and Brim). The dock has electricity at both ends for charging your boat batteries or anything else you need.  There is also a paddle boat and canoe that you can use for FREE with this Lake Murray Rental Home.  We also have a Bennington Pontoon with 90hp Yamaha motor that can be rented with the Lake House.  It has a depth finder, bimini top, cd player, live well, 25 gallon built-in tank, a pop-up chaning room, fishing poll holders and a ladder for swimming.  The boat can be at your dock waiting for you when you arive if you so choose.  There is also a boat ramp only two blocks away if you have your own boat you need to put in and they rent jet skis there as well. 

Our Lake Murray Rental Home is located about 3 miles from Dreher Island State Park so it is perfect for fishing tournaments or family reunions. It is also near Timberlake Golf Course which is right on the lake and is one of the prettiest courses around plus there is another golf course also within 10 minutes. There is also a par 3 course with putt-put and a driving range also about 10 minutes away, or there are 4-5 other course that are 30-40 minutes away in Columbia

The house is only about 7 minutes from several restaurants in Chapin and about 20 minutes to Columbiana Centre (mall) and Harbison Blvd. in Irmo, with shopping, food and entertainment galore, 25 minutes to Riverbanks Zoo or 20 minutes to Newberry, SC and the Opera house. It is only around 25 minutes to Columbia, SC, 1 1/2 hours to the Blue Ridge Mountains, the beautiful beaches of Charleston or to Augusta, GA. and the Masters.
