Weekly rates
 Spring 08: March 1st- May 3rd $745
Summer 08: May 3rd- Aug 16th $795
Fall Rate 08: Aug 16th- Nov 1st $745
Winter 08-09:Nov 1st- Feb. 28th $695 
(Oct-Feb) $1595/month

 Pontoon rental $700/week or $175/day +(renter buys gas)

$250 deposit to reserve your week,
 the rest is due 30 days before arrival
(Refundable with 30 day notice of cancellation)
 Damage deposit $200 (refundable within 2 weeks)
No smoking
 Pets are allowed with prior approval ($25 fee)
 Only 6 people allowed at the house any time. 
Rental is Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3pm
 and check-out at 11am.
No Party's please.
