Weekly rates
 Spring: Feb 27th-May 29th $695
   Summer: May 29th-Aug 14th $795
Fall Rate: Aug 14th-Nov 6th   $695
Winter : Nov 6th- Feb. 26th $595 or 
Winter Monthly: Oct-Feb $1595/month

 Pontoon rental $695/week or $300/2 days $425/3 etc. + renter buys gas

$250 deposit to reserve your week,
 the rest is due 30 days before arrival
(Refundable with 30 day notice of cancellation)
 Damage deposit $200 (refundable within 2 weeks)
No smoking
 Pets are allowed with prior approval ($25 charge)
 Only 6 people allowed at the house at any time. 
Rental is Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3pm
 and check-out at 11am.
No Party's please.
